Jessica Borushok, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist and founder of Busy Mind Reboot. She has consulted on a multi-site, grant-funded program to help parents of children in neonatal intensive care units and has co-facilitated a classroom-based prevention program for fourth graders designed to teach problem solving and coping skills in an effort to reduce risk associated with environmental stressors. In addition to clinical work and research, Dr. Boroshok provides ACT trainings.
